Caring Solutions offers a wide variety of in home health care services. One of our dedicated, highly trained staff members will meet with you to discuss your various options and determine which of our plans will provide you with the necessary assistance to ensure your optimum wellness. We offer five levels of in home care services and each level can be customized to fit your exact needs. In addition to providing you with any necessary medical assistance, our home helpers will also take care of light housekeeping duties. We have a full understanding of the burden that certain medical issues can place on our clients, and our home care services were created with this in mind. In order to provide you with the absolute best in home care services, one of our home helpers will meet you at your home and do a on site assessment before you sign up. By doing this, we are able to work with you to determine exactly which services you need. This process ensures that you will only pay for the services that you will actually use. Unlike other similar services, we place an emphasis on helping you achieve optimum wellness without going over your budget. As a health care company, we offer home health care employment to only the most skilled and friendly home helpers. Depending on your exact needs, it is possible that you will be assisted by different staff members throughout the week, but each of them will provide you with the same high level of home health care. Some of our clients only require home care services for a day or two, and we will happily meet these needs. We offer a comprehensive take a break program for caregivers who need some respite. This service affords them the opportunity to regroup, and refuel. Then our Hospital to Home program takes care of the client that needs short term help, after a one day surgical procedure, or a short hospital stay, and needs a couple hours or overnight help. Not only will one of our staff members drive you home from the hospital, but they will also fill any necessary prescriptions, make you a home cooked meal and provide up to five hours of in home care services. If you decide that you would like to extend this temporary service past five hours, then we can customize the take a break program to suit your exact needs. At Caring Solutions, it is our goal to help people transition through different temporary and permanent situations. Your needs will determine the duration of our care and the exact services that are provided.
