In the industrial sector, these cameras are used to monitor processes which are undertaken under dangerous conditions for example in the nuclear reactors. This is because the conditions are harmful to health of human beings. In the modern society, traffic has become a nuisance. Criminals will then use the acquired pin to false fully transacts businesses. The right to privacy is of great importance to all human beings. The use of CCTV systems has been associated with the encroachment of this right. The illegal access to the contents of the CCTV has also caused alarm as to whether the privacy of individuals is upheld. Contrally to the many queries about privacy of individuals, the argument is that, these surveillance cameras are not intruding the private life of individuals. The cameras are monitoring the public space where individual’s rights to privacy can reasonably be weighed against the intended benefit of the surveillance. Many people suggest that the use of CCTV should be reserved for special circumstances. Also the use should be limited to places where there are clear and demonstrative benefits and little ethical interference. The public need to be made aware of the use of these surveillance cameras. They should also be encouraged to act and behave responsibly when in the public. The primary reason for the installation of these surveillance cameras was to minimize crime and ease supervision. On the other hand, CCTV use has been faced with a challenge. Unless these surveillance cameras are physically protected, they are prone to deliberate damages. The damaging may take the form of destroying the lens through breaking. Also, use of spray has been used to interfere with the quality of the image
