Microwave - where does it come from? The first microwave device took place in World War II developed by the Germans. This device provided mobile food support to their troops during invasion of Russia. After the war the Russians developed the microwave further. After more research they became alarmed by what they learned of the biological effects. They banned microwave ovens in 1976, but later lifted the ban. The Russian government at the time did issue an international warning of possible biological and environmental damage associated with the use of microwave ovens and other similar frequency of electric-devices like mobile phones etc. Misconception of microwaves! Investigators found formations of carcinogens from microwaves in nearly all foods tested. The heating of milk and grinds converted some of the amino acids in to carcinogenic substances. Through microwave prepared meats caused formation of some cancer causing agents, and the list goes on. Radiation leaks from microwaves are possible and are known to cause health problems. The leaks mainly happen through a damaged oven door or when it doesn't seal properly. Microwave manufacturers claim it is NOT TRUE about all the misconceptions of microwaves. Here are some of the main points and counter claims by manufacturers: 1) Microwave energy is radioactive: NOT TRUE! The only changes found are those caused by fast cooking.rn2) Eating food cooked in the microwave oven exposes you to radiation: NOT TRUE! As soon as the oven gets switched off, there are no longer any microwaves in the oven or the food.rn3) Microwave energy is radioactive: NOT TRUE! Microwave energy can't make the oven, food or anything else radioactive. rnWe all have to draw our own conclusion and maybe just use microwaves in moderation. How to protect ourselves? This is similar as to protect us from most other illness: Keeping our immune system in top condition. You can help yourself with an antioxidant-rich diet and extra strong supplementation. Give your body what it needs and it will take care of any illness the natural way. Having the knowledge in knowing where the danger is coming from and knowing how to avoid it is better than having to cure the illness later.
