Cellular Consciousness, Ego, and the Flow of Source

The awareness at a cellular level is hard for us to comprehend because we are not cells, but here is how I understand it:It is nearly instinctual. Each cell has its own reason for being, much more of a sense of Life Purpose, if you will, than we humans do.

People have much more choice, but cells also have desires. They desire the optimal conditions for them to carry out their specific purpose and functions. They desire ease of operation. They desire the unimpeded flow of Source Energy to and through them. They feel distress when the flow of Source is pinched off or withheld from them. They instinctively find other ways to function and to carry out their purpose as best they can, but not in an optimal state.

So, to the extent that cells receive full flow of Source Energy, they desire more and more of that – more and more ease. When Source flows freely through anything, it functions optimally. So, cells are not desiring anything about the specific conditions that create such a flow in the entire organism of why they might be a part, but they support whatever creates the optimal flow of Source with their cellular brand of desire.

So, if, for instance, a person lets go of resistance when they are eating chocolate and are transported into a state of bliss and thus allow Source Energy to flow freely though their entire being, then the cells in the body will participate in a general energetic desire for chocolate. But, the truest craving is for free flow of Source. It is not actually the chocolate – and that chocolate may or may not on future experiences trigger such Allowing. So, there is not anything which you might call an ego about what the cell is doing. It is instinctual without a sense of separateness as an individual.

Cells have their own sort of cellular desire which keeps them aiming for ease. They know when they achieve that ease and crave/desire that ease to return. The condition which creates that ease is the free flow of Source Energy which the cells themselves Allow continuously. If, however, they are a part of a larger organism, the consciousness of that organism may not be completely aligned with the flow of Source Energy and may thus diminish the flow of Source to the entire organism.

There are lots of ways to return to that flow for us human organisms – sleep, meditation, doing things that bring joy – or at least a sense of relief from the feelings you are having.
