Many people are put off from achieving what they really want to do in life simply because they do not have belief in themselves that they can. To them, the only words that matter to them are what if or if only. They do not and probably may never realize that ability to change is in their hands and not the people around them. If you really want your life to change for the better, you need to change the way you think and feel about yourself and the things around you. Then focus on what matters most to you as your primary priorities to achieve your goals. More often than not, people keep thinking that change is beyond them and feel powerless to change the situation. Such as the economy downturn and recession when they decided to leave everything to the government and hope for the best simply by relying on the government for jobs and financial security. Here are 4 pointers to help you determine the change: 1. Decide What It Is You Want In Life The first step is to decide what it is exactly that you want in your life. Write down exactly what you wish to change. Make a list of what you are not happy with and what changes you want to be made. How we feel about ourselves has a lot to do with how we see life. Whether our minds are full of doubt or confidence are clearly reflected in how we present ourselves and to the people around us. 2. Taking The First Steps The first thing you should realize is that only you have the power to change. The secret to this is freeing your mind and body and start moving forward all the way. With a more positive attitude you will be able to change the way you feel and react By developing and adopting a different attitude towards life in general, you will be able to handle things better. From the start, the changes may seem small but as time goes by, they evolve and become more significiant. Taking responsibility for your life and realizing that you alone hold the power to those changes will bring greater self-confidence so long you continue keeping an open mind and remember that you have nothing to lose. 3. Clearing The Clutter Begin your new outlook by clearing out all the unnecessary clutter from your life. Such as cleaning your room, clearing all the rubbish and keeping your house tidy. You may not realize but these are extremely important as they reflect your positive or negative outlook. 4. Attending Self-Help Courses Or Sessions If you need someone to talk to, you can either attend self-help courses as a class or sessions offering 1 to 1 help. Those counselors are well-trained and experienced enough to help you to achieve your goals faster.

I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
