Did you know… low self-esteem is the #1 reason we do not attract what we desire. It is the primary factor in determining behavior in EVERY SECOND of your life! What beliefs we hold about ourselves create our destiny. The following are two of the most common beliefs that impact self-esteem: I have to be perfect/I have to be better than my best: Do you fear that any mistake, however minor, will reveal you are flawed and that others will judge you based on those flaws? Making one error could mean failure to a perfectionist.
  • Tell yourself that your goal is to give your optimal performance not a perfect performance.
  • Remind yourself that mistakes make you human and actually make other people like you more!
  • Think about the value you are bringing, not your own performance. We judge ourselves less harshly when we think we are providing valuable benefits and helpful assistance. Example: Before a job interview, tell yourself you are not begging but you’re there to discuss your talents and expertise that will profit the company.

I am my own worst enemy: Would you say to your best friend what you say to yourself? Thoughts and words are vibration and create your world.
  • Focus on self-awareness. For an entire day write down everything you say that doesn’t support you. You will be amazed!
  • When you are aware of saying something negative about yourself say “delete” and change your wording to the positive
Now let’s change those beliefs! Would you like to know….
  • The Highest perspective on perfect? That you are perfect just the way you are, what that would feel like, and that it is possible?
  • How to live without thinking that you have to be perfect to be loved, wanted or needed?
  • The difference between doing your best/ and better than your best?
  • How to do your best, what that would feel like, and know that it’s enough, and you are enough?
  • How to treat yourself like your own best friend, what that would feel like and who you are when you do?
If so, say “Yes!”* and then take a deep breath. Feel the energy flowing through your body. Through this programmed download your beliefs are changed at the subconscious level. Notice what’s different about your life in the coming week. Feel grateful for those changes and, even more good things will come!

*This energetic download only goes in with your permission to honor your free will. By saying, “Yes,” you are a co-creator in these belief changes giving them more power and depth.

I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
