Change Your Focus And Change Your Life

There is a family movie called the “Iron Giant.” In that movie there is a gigantic metal robot that falls from the sky and is befriended by a little boy. Through out the movie there is a lesson being taught. The lesson has to do with perception. As it is so eloquently stated by the 11 year old boy, “You are who you choose to be. You choose.” nnWhat You Focus on is What you CreatennMany people over look the power that their thoughts and attitude have. Haven’t you ever noticed that when you wake up in the morning and something bad happens and you say, “It is going to be one of those days,” that it really is one of those days? What if instead what you did was smile, close your eyes and say “Today is going to be a beautiful day?” You would have a better day. nnThe problem seems to be that for many people it is so much easier to believe the negative then it is a positive. So your negative thoughts and attitudes that you are sending out into the universe is actually bringing you more negative things. The universe is following what you are putting out there. In other words, what ever it is you are focusing on is what you are creating. nnLike Attracts LikennIf you are constantly worried about money and bills you are telling the universe that you want bills and money worries. What you put out is what you receive. This is the Law of Attraction. This is how the universe works. See the universe isn’t interested in positive or negative. So when you think I don’t want to lose my job, I don’t want any more bills, I don’t want to be fat… what the universe take is want and whatever is at the end of your thought. So with those examples it provides for you a loss of job, more bills and obesity. nnChange your Thoughts, Change your worldnnCan’t you see then the importance of being aware of you thoughts and making sure that you are thinking about only the things you want? Try it for the next 14 days. Spend the next moments thinking about what it is you really want. Write them down. Be concise and precise about what you wants and dreams are. Now look at the list, are they all stated in the positive? Are they precise? Now look around your home and appreciate the things around you. No they may not be ideal but they are better then what some others have and you have worked hard for what you have so you should appreciate it. nnYou Create Your Own RealitynnThink about the movie, “You are who you choose to be. You choose.” All it takes is a moment, one moment in your day. All you have to do is picture in your mind what you want your life to be, and then believe that is the way your life is and it will be. The only one that has the power to change your life and make it “perfect” is you. And you can do it by simply changing the way you think. Start attracting the things that you want. nn
