Change your Mind and You Will Change Your Life

You look in this World and you see two different types of people. You see successful people and unsuccessful people. You see happy and unhappy people. What are the differences between the two? Why is one successful and the other one not. Why does one person always look like they have a dark cloud hovering over them and the other sunshine of happiness hovering over and through them? rnI am here to tell you that it all starts with your mindset. Your mind will determine the direction you will go. If I think negative I will achieve negative results. If I think positive I will achieve positive results. We must program our minds to think positive in order to achieve the results we want. Your brain is like a garden and what we plant into the soil of our mind will product those results. What type of seeds are you producing in the soil of your mind? Are you planting seeds of defeat or worry? Change those seeds you plant in your mind. Stop dwelling on negative thoughts! You must plant seeds of victory and greatness in order to make you mind healthier. rnYou can choose to be happy or you can choose to be unhappy. It’s your choice. How do I produce a change to produce more happiness in my life? Change your mind. Stop thinking negative. Stop watching the news. Stay away from negative people. It only brings you down. Become a better you, by reading books that will inspire you to be your very best. Educate and train your mind to think healthy. Get rid of any chunk that clogs you mind with garbage. Guard your mind. It’s the only one you have. So take care of it. The minute you receive a negative thought change it. It will take time to change these negative seeds entering your mind but the more you do it the more it will become easier. Each day is a new day to be a better you. Yesterday was the past and now what counts is today. Don’t worry about the past or the future but worry about the now. What are you doing now? You must live in the now and change your mind now. Don’t dwell on the past and your past failures but worry how you going the change now. Change your mind and you will change your life.
