Channeled Message for May

A Channeled Message for May came through me and I would like to share it with you. The following is the message that I received:

"Be who you truly are: perfectly human and perfectly Divine. For it is in the knowingness of the truth of your being that you are set free from the endless cycle of duality. From the space within you of knowing your Divine nature you literally change your reality in the world outside you. For what is within you is then manifest without. Know this to be true. You create through your thinking. You are always creating so we urge you to be much more conscious of your thoughts, keeping them positive so that you, in fact, create consciously. You are not alone. We are here for you, supporting your highest truth and potential. Ask, ask for what you want and need, for you have free will and we honor that. When you ask we joyfully come to your aide. Listen within for the truth, for our guidance in the moment. Allow yourself to be embraced in love, light and healing. We are beings of light dedicated to helping humanity. Some call us the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood."

Channeled Messages

Channeled messages are messages that come from a higher source such as angels, spirit guides and ascended masters like Jesus, Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Archangel Michael, the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood to name a few.

The person receiving the message, the channel, needs to be open hearted and open minded. Getting out of the way and allowing the guidance to come through unedited is essential in channeled messages. Practicing meditation helps the messenger to still the mind, go within and receive the message from the higher source.

The intention to be a channel of truth allows the message to come through in pure form. There is no room for the ego here. It is not about the messenger. The channeled messages have center stage.

Meditation

We all have the ability to receive messages from the divine. The place to begin is meditation by listening to God through the still small voice within. Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is your special time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.

In meditation you keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again. Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated in meditation.

You honor your spirit with the practice of meditation which is done each day so that it becomes a part of your routine and you. You begin to reap the many benefits that result from this daily practice which is primarily connecting to your true essence - divinity itself.

The practice of meditation is is about progress not perfection. Be patient with yourself. Each of us has our own individual experience so be present to what you see and feel in the moment.

What messages are you receiving from God to guide you are your path? We receive messages in many ways. What is your intuition or your dreams telling you? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth as you are set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true freedom.
