Cholesterol is one of the much-feared causes of body failure. People have been raising alarm of the increase of the high blood pressure issues which are killing different relatives and friends each day. However, the very sad thing is that what cause most of the high blood pressure cases are the foods that we eat. Most of us have been addicted to the fat contained foods such as the chips, not knowing the adverse effects of taking the highly containing fat foods.

It is in this case that there is a lot of advertising and creating awareness of the simple food which we can eat and still remain healthy without necessarily taking the high amount of fats. Drinking a lot of water is another way of diluting the fat content present in our body. Water is the only fluid which flows to almost every part of the body. Thus, the fats which are accumulating are somehow diluted and thus chances of having high blood pressure diet are also improved.

The cholesterol lowering foods can be classified into two;

1. Those which helps in maintaining the amount of cholesterol in the body without adding

2. Those which help in actual reduction of the cholesterol level in the body

However, we shall focus on those which help in reducing the cholesterol in the body

Ointment meal and high fibber foodsr
The ointment meal contains soluble fiber. This fiber reduces the body low density lipoprotein, which is the bad cholesterol. The fiber can also be gotten form other foods such as the apples, kidney beans, prunes and barley. The advantages of the soluble fiber are that it reduces the cholesterol absorption in the bloodstream; 5-10 grammars intake of the soluble fiber will decrease the total cholesterol level. Fruits and bananas are other best solutions on fighting the cholesterol in the body.
Fish and omega 3 fatty acidsr
Eating of fish or omega three Fatty acids helps in acting as a high blood pressure diet, reducing the clotting of blood in the body. To the people who are already suffering form high blood pressure, fish intake plays a very big role in reducing heart attack, a common death cause nowadays. The fish should be grilled or backed so as to avoid any unhealthy eating.

atives of the omega 3 fatty acids foods which have fewer amounts of the acids from food sources like canola oil or ground flaxseed.

Almonds, walnuts and other nutsr
The almonds and walnuts are used to act as cholesterol lowering food. The nuts are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids which help in healthy keeping of the blood vessel. According to Food and Drug Administration, nuts such as the peanuts, pine nuts, almonds, hazelnuts and pecans helps in reducing the chances of heart attach. Hence, if you can afford in taking two or three of these kinds of nuts, be sure you are on the great way to feeding on low glycemic foods, which will help you to keep away from cholesterol and chances of heart attack.
