Business VoIP Challenge - Affordable Quality Service

Let's, business telephone service is a task. This is simply unacceptable sounds Darth Vader, or a jar of crickets dropped calls and other quality issues.

In fact, it has been slowly making a lot of Internet phone service begins with a reason. And here to determine the cause of - the Internet.

You know, the Internet connections have come a long way over the past 10 years. Work phone company back in 1999, we sold a T1 line is almost $ 2,000 per month, now they are only about $ 450 for a decent chain, maybe less in some areas.

Where we have a dial-56 / K v, we now have a 12 Mbps cable modem (as a zillion - and a zillion times faster than dial-up), which can support a lot of computers and maybe even a few small office VoIP business phones.

So many of the VoIP quality issues to equalize themselves. However, not all of them.

We still have trouble understanding exactly how this technology saves money, why do we need good, I mean really good Internet phone service provider and a good Internet connection, as a business decision maker. We need to make sure that we do not finish dropping perfectly good phone service from Ma Bell and maybe even pay money to a bunch of expensive equipment to get cheap phone service.

Basics - How VoIP Works

So we are your voice calls and turn them into 1s and 0s - the truth from the mouth of our data on our computer or IP phone, analog voice. Then we exude it through an Internet connection and our internet telephony service provider ITSP) and viola Data - Internet phone service!

The problem is, it sounds great, and we just know, I know, it would save money - right?

However, it does not always work ... Why? Since not all Internet connections are equal, and VoIP telephone service, as in "real time" data stream requires a really good Internet connection. In addition to superior VoIP ADSL or cable modem connection, we run the risk of terrible service problems, and perhaps a lot of customer and employee complaints.

So, let me give you an example of what happens when we believe we have a nice, big internet connection and it would be good for VOIP, but it can still fit the bill.

You have to catch an airplane, and you jump on a huge twelve highway lanes, from your location to the airport. You know, it's just going to take about 15 minutes, because of its 10 o'clock at night and no one on the road. Plus you have a twelve-lane highway, right?

Thus, 12-lane highway 12 Meg Cable Modem, or your 6 Meg ADSL connection. You just know this is a lot of bandwidth, right? I mean it, and it only cost about $ 60 a month or so it is a good idea, no doubt, we gonna save a ton of money to go to VoIP - right?

Well, now you have returned home from the airport, after a few days after the trip. You will come and it is 4:30 PM Friday afte
oon. The same, 12-lane highway, the same car, same everything, except for the peak!

The Quiet Engine Behind Every Connection Most people think of telecom services as towers, signals, and mobile data moving invisibly through the air. Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center.
