Choosing a career according to personal interests and skills make a fine start in the career path

We may wonder how Bill Gates or Warren Buffet became wealthy and famous? Not that they achieved their position in just an overnight, it took years of hard work, struggles and perseverance. Finding a career that of satisfaction, fun and of course, a long-termed one is a search end of a long journey. A successful career is not only for rich and famous people; it is also a dream of a common man too. A choice of career for a person sums up with his or her personal interest, creativity, personality and aims. There can be two options like choosing a career or a career path.

The statistics shows that now-a-days people are not choosing a single career that they opt for career paths that have the flexibility to shift and turn according to the economy changes. People often change their job around three or four times in their career life and the average being seven times in the statistical records. This figures out that around 50% of people changed more than seven jobs. In this 21st century, competition for a single job is huge and it requires several hurdles to cross for qualifying the job. Only by building career paths and working out to excel in the art of marketing are additional bonus that people have for a flexible choice for a successful career path. Having a wider outlook in their jobs and optimizing maximum resource in the current work area and also making use of opportunity to learn further will be additional pluses for their job survival. Now youngsters are often seen interested in risky jobs like welding, fabrication works in submarines, nuclear plants, ships etc.

After crossing the first mile stone of getting a job then came the flow of problems, starting from stresses in jobs to family matters. Problems in jobs are quite natural and it may occur suddenly or after some time. The question lies in dealing the issue. People who evaluate their work satisfactory rather that superior is more protected themselves with work related issues.

Making a choice in education or job oriented training will eliminates more than 50% of problems in the later part of working life. Wise choosing various jobs in adventures or risky ventures will definitely look interesting for youngsters of this generation. There are many options for welding, maintenance works, fabrication works etc. in shipping industry, mining or oilrigs. Now-a-days offer of lucrative pay for welder, technicians, engineers etc. working in these fields.
