INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp low fat milk
3/4 cup low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped celery
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
2 tbsp chopped spring onion green
1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup cucumber chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste

Add salt to taste and finally low fat milk.
