Finding an activity that entertains the whole family can be extremely difficult. A day out at the zoo, safari park, seaside or theme park is often ruined by the unreliable British weather. Luckily there are now many indoor karting tracks, specially designed to suit all ages. Circuit karting is a great activity for all the family. Many karting tracks have a whole host of activities on offer, including grand prix races, general karting experiences and laser tag games. The latest and most popular form of circuit karting is endurance racing. Individuals can take part in a 10 minute practice qualifying session to attain their grid position before completing a nonstop 60, 80 or 100 lap race. Participants must be aged 14 or over and once the race is complete the top three drivers will be awarded trophies on the podium just like the real Formula 1 competitions. Ever wanted to feel like your starring in the hit 90s TV show Fun House?. Similarly to the childrens TV show, team members will participate in a relay race taking turns to drive the team kart. Teams can consist of between 2 4 drivers and the group that completes the most laps in the allocated time will be crowded winners. Circuit karting is an ideal activity for childrens birthday parties. Combine both karting and laser tag experiences to keep the little ones entertained for hours on end. Many indoor karting tracks also provide party packages which include invitations, use of a private function room, childrens buffet and drinks and goodie bags to occupy them on the journey home. Perhaps you have a stag or hen party to organise. Karting can give party members a boost of adrenaline to lift their spirits before a night out on the town. Combine both karting and laser tag experiences or alternatively, for those who dont want to drive there are many gaming machines and cafes where you can relax and watch your fellow party members on the track. Why not organise a corporate event for you and your staff? Choose either a grand prix or team endurance race and receive complementary drinks, nibbles, personalised trophies, result booklets with your company logo and bottles of champagne for the top three winning drivers. Several karting tracks also offer discounts for students and youth groups. These include half price karting and laser tag experiences on any weekday, providing you are a council run youth group or have a valid student NUS card. For a fun day out for all ages, choose circuit karting.
