Civil Services Aptitude Test 2012 Syllabus

The Civil Services Aptitude Test 2012 will be conducted by the Union Public Service commission of India in order to select eligible candidates for the Civil Services main exam, 2012. The UPSC has introduced a new exam scheme and syllabus from the year 2011 and candidates who want to successfully crack the IAS Prelims 2012 must have a detailed and thorough understanding and knowledge about the pattern and syllabus of the exam. The candidates must keep in mind that the marks obtained in CSAT 2012 will make them eligible for the main exam only and will not have any part in determining the final standings.rnAccording to the new exam pattern introduced by UPSC CSAT 2012 will be comprised of two papers, General Studies Paper I and II of 200 marks each and Paper I will carry 100 questions while Paper II will carry 80 questions.
