Flexible provisioning – unlike traditional telecommunications company that will require you a certain number of extensions and lines just to get in, VoIP service providers often do not have a minimum requirements, if you need one or two extension then you can acquire it. The best part is you can add lines and extensions anytime as you need it. Feature rich – Apart from the cost, another benefit of the system is it features, literally a cloud PBX can do anything a traditional business PBX can with added features like multiple business integration, multiple location and many more. As far as reliability is concerned VoIP is more secure than any other telecommunication platform due the encryption and deciphering that involves before you can tap into the system. As for quality, as long as you have a good and stable internet connection then you can expect outstanding call quality.
