The business market is bombarded with numerous technological solutions however not all have the much needed scalability every business needs. One technological breakthrough that captures the business sector for years now because of the cost effectiveness and scalability that it offers is a cloud PBX system which is another proprietary of VoIP. At this point in time no other communication solution stream has offered the scalability and room for growth that a cloud PBX has given businesses thus millions and millions of companies are now switching to cloud PBX in replacement of their traditional phone system. In fact recent statistic revealed hat in three years time the industry will grow by an astonishing rate reaching over $30 billion in total. The scalability Unlike other phone solutions that are often offered in bundles that at first may sound good and eventually burns your budget by obliging you to pay for features and components that you don’t really need a cloud PBX system is fully customized and is far from being a one size fits all system. The idea is to give business owners the ability to decide what they need at this point time and what they might need in the future. For an instance you need a two handset system with 2 lines then you only need to pay for a two handset system and two lines. Lines, extensions and features can also be added in increments meaning, you can start as small as you want and eventually add more features, lines and extensions as you need it. You can add one more today, next week or the next year depending on your needs unlike traditional phone solutions that has a minimum number of lines and extensions per transaction. Furthermore the scalability of a cloud PBX is not merely for expansion, let’s say that your business have lean months or you've decided to cut back on your cost or if what you currently have is in excess of what you really need then you can also re-scale the service that you currently have to save you money. Blatantly the concern of many business owners during start up is the hardware and all, most business tend to start big thinking that it will cost more to upgrade the system later on, well that is true with a traditional system but with a cloud phone no upgrades are needed, in fact no hardware is needed except for the IP phones. This means that you can add in increments without having to overhaul the entire platform since the technology sits in the cloud and is hosted in a remote server level upgrades are not necessary and all you need is probably shed some minimal bucks for the set or programming fee.
