In fact recent statistic showed that emails and web browsing are primarily done through smart phones these days than a desktop computer and even a laptop. This is primarily because of the mobility and flexibility that these devices offer coupled with the wireless connectivity through Wi-Fi and 4G services. However did you know that it can do more for you and for your business? With the help of a cloud PBX system your smart phones can instantly be transformed into an extension of your business telephone system? By using a cloud PBX system for your business communication you can integrate your mobile phone to work as if it is one the handsets in your office, ideal for your associates that is always on the go but needs to keep in touch. There are a several ways to do so depending on your preference either way it can be custom programmed to your cloud PBX to work exactly the way you want it to. Mobile extension – by downloading an application provided or recommended by your service provider you can access your VoIP account in your mobile using a Wi-Fi or 4G services. This means that you can have an alternate extension when you are out of the office or automatically divert calls from your office phone. You can even have it programmed to ring both numbers simultaneously so you can pick up whichever you are available on. Call forwarding – If in case you are in areas where you are unable to connect to the internet then worry not you can use your actual mobile number to receive calls from your office extension. Basically what you only need is to ask your service provider to set p a call forwarding account and give you access to it so you can edit the number where to forward the number. This also works for land lines and other VoIP numbers. Both configurations can be custom programmed to your system, or better yet you can even have it set up in a way that when your alternate or forwarding extension is unavailable it will automatically be diverted to your actual number. This will enable you to answer important phone calls and manage your business even if you are out of the office.
