This configuration is ideal for businesses with staff glued to their computer. This will allow your staff to have a central place for work and avoid the hassle of picking up and physical phone. Typically call centers use this configuration because of the convenience. There are numerous free soft phones in the internet however with limited audio codec while paid one’s support a wider array of audio codec. IP handsets – IP phone handsets is probably the most popular option for many businesses, not only it delivers high quality calls it also easy to use and functions of the phone are just a few press of a button away. There is a wide selection of IP handsets in the market today, some with colored LED display and touch screens.
