Running a business is really a daunting task, you have to manage to internal and external affairs and generate sales for the company. That is just for one business; imagine running 3 businesses all at the same time then its three times harder and three times the stress. It is just natural for business owners to seek ways to integrate multiple businesses in any way possible to reduce overhead cost and make work easier. VoIP phone solutions such as a cloud PBX can help entrepreneurs running multiple companies to make life a little easier but still keeping the cost down. How? A cloud PBX system can integrate all your phone system into one, so instead of paying an enterprise PBX for each company you’ll be paying for just one, instantly reducing your cost depending on how many enterprise you are running. How it works Generally there are two ways, first is via an IVR or interactive voice response through a menu system. For an instance you have three businesses, when a client calls a universal number he or she will be prompted to press 1 for company, press 2 for company and so on. Once the client has chosen the from the options the call will be then forwarded accordingly either to your cloud PBX, mobile phone or both depending on your preference. Second is via multiple phone numbers, meaning you will have a number for each business if a call comes through in any of the number it will still be directed to you phone system. Both configurations can be programmed to give advance notification where the call is originating from so you can answer accordingly. What’s in it for you? Blatantly the main benefit of using a universal phone system is cost reduction, so instead of paying three bills a month you’ll be paying for one. Also let’s say you have 3 lines for each office totaling to 9 for then you’ll be paying for 9 line rentals, but by integrating it you can reduce the line rentals into 4 or 5. On average you’ll be saving more than 50% on your telecommunication cost each month. Another benefit that you’ll be enjoying is the convenience of having a single system, by having a central place for your communication needs you can tender better customer service to your clients that will ultimately build your brand and ensure a pipeline of customers for your enterprises.
