The telecommunication industry has been innovated by developing internet access, before businesses and households are tied to pay expensive line rentals and calling charges to traditional carrier since there is no other form of quick communication, then came beepers followed by mobile phones that offered the mobility and quick communication while away from home today businesses and private individuals can enjoy the benefits of cheap calling and remarkable features through VoIP technology and with the ever developing proprietary the possibilities are just endless and who knows what the telecommunication industry can offer in the future. The introduction of the 4G connection or 4th generation connection paved way for better and faster bandwidth or the so called ultra broadband internet access. The ultra fast wireless connection enabled mobile phones, desktop computer and laptops to stream high definition videos, host video conferencing and other high bandwidth application usage possible, furthermore 4G also set a conceivable application for internet telephony and other VoIP technologies. 4G connections may come in different forms, there are some that uses a flash disk like device that is connected in the USB port of your laptops or desktop computers, these devices have a SIM card and use the carrier’s network for the internet access the same way smart phones can connect wirelessly with ease. Other internet providers have 4G routers that are able to evenly distribute bandwidth to all devices within the network. Internet telephony like cloud PBX system highly benefits from such ultra fast internet connection, not only because of the assurance of business grade call quality but also the flexibility the wireless internet access. We all know that every extension under a cloud PBX system will work together as one regardless of the distance however the problem is you need to an internet access and you are traveling or planning to work at home or if you have staff that are unable to establish a reliable internet then that’s is a problem. However with 4G it’s not a problem as long as you have a mobile reception then you can use your IP telephony. So whether you are out for a business trip, taking a vacation, or just wanted to work at home for a couple of days you can make VoIP calls from your laptop, IP phones and even your smart phones anytime that will allow you to manage your business while away through unlimited internal calls, guarantee a continuous service to your customers and best of all save money on long distance calling.
