Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree GED and/or equivalent experiencernExcellent communication, time management, organizational, problem solving, and decision making skillsrnMust be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to improvise and adapt to new situationsrnMust have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointrnTraining in PolyWorks, GD&T, PC-DMIS, Advanced GD&T, ASQ CQT, Core Tools, and blueprint readingrnMust have a good knowledge of the English languagernKnowledge of Customer Specific RequirementsrnKnowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949rnMust have 3-5 years CMM experiencernEssential Functions: Provide guidance and instruction to Quality Auditors.rnAssist maintaining the quality system to support IATF 16949 requirements.rnReview and ensure that all Customer Specific Requirements CSR’s are met.rnReview and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators KPI’s are met.rnTransfer of CMM data to excel.rnPrepare and upload eCMM data into FCA system.rnDevelop relationships with key customer contacts.rnMaintain calibration records for all required tools in the plant, using Gage Trak calibration software.rnConduct bi-weekly dimensional review with the management team.rnHas the authority to identify areas of opportunity for improvement to Management.rnAssist in auditing the quality system.rnCalibrate of check fixtures.rnTroubleshoot for production line if there are issues with a certain part.rnPerform programming of CMM.rnEnsure that for each new part launch, the Advanced Product Quality Planning APQP and Control Plans requirements are followed.rnInterprets GD&T for CMM data fits.rnUtilize CMM to check parts to ensure they meet GD&T and customer requirementsrnReport data to engineers for review and analysis.rnRe-evaluate parts following engineering adjustments.rnProgramming and operate FARO Arm.
