Competitive prices and items – a good communication supply shop should have a wide array of products and variants to choose from, however they may or may not have the best prices in the market but should maintain a competitive range. Recommendations – They should be able to make recommendations on what items and components will work out fine for your business in terms of quality, features, reliability, cost effectiveness and suitability however these recommendations should not be imperative and the decision will still be yours. Considerations – You should be informed of every consideration like the compatibility issues and sub requirements before the purchase so you can decide properly white items will work out fine for your communication platform and business model. Pros and cons – every product has their advantage and disadvantage, with that said you should be made aware of this and the shop should be able to minimize the disadvantage of the product and leverage on its advantage. Warranties – At least a 6 month warranty should be given to every item that you purchase regardless of expensive or cheap it is. Remember there is no such thing as 100% guarantee and the warranty will serve as your protection. Meeting your expectation – If the supplier commit that the items will be delivered within a specific time frame then it should be delivered on or before that said day, this will suggest the professionalism of a company and their commitment to their services.
