It is often said that sometimes you must create that which you desire. A desire to bring an experience of love, understanding, hope and peace to the social media world is possible.

The ripples of our own words and actions will always intersect with another's. If we wish to have the maximum impact of our own ripples in the world, we must bring ourselves into synchronicity and alignment with others. This is only down through tribe work, through community. To create a tribe or a community that is fully aligned in their actions, the purpose and intention of the tribe or community must be shared. Once shared and agreed upon with one another, the ego, the individual purpose, must be released so that the tribal intention is focused. Each individual brings strengths to the table so individual weakness is balanced by the tribe or community. When this is done you bring a higher frequency of energy to the partnership.

The ripple of a tribe or community using this higher energy will influence others as it radiates from heart to heart. Each individual is an instrument of the collective to change the world.

Keys to Tribe or Community Ripples

1. Commitment. It is said that as one we create a ripple, as ONE we create a wave. When we work as ONE we become a higher frequency energetic wave to wash through the hearts of many.

2. Vision. The vision of the ONE needs the instruments of the individual to fulfill the larger picture.

3. Values. The values of the ONE assist in ensuring no one is left behind in their weakness. The values of the ONE nurture and foster the unity of the ONE. The heartbeat of the ONE is felt by all.

4. Presence. The presence of each one in the whole means that each takes turns holding the talking stick to lead. It is within this sharing of presence that the ONE is carried into the future. It can never be a ONE with one leader.

5. Responsibility. The responsibility of each one in the collect is to share their strengths to add to the overall unity of the ONE. It is the individual responsibility of each to bring forth their ideas and questions. This ensures the ONE is held accountable to their own Waves. It is within this solidarity that true support and collaboration occurs. It holds the direction and confidence in the ONE in honor and integrity.

8. Adaptability. The ability to adapt to challenges, changes, and controversy allow for the ONE to succeed in its vision. It provides comfort to ones who face the challenge to know that the ONE stands with them.

9. Interaction. The true strength of the ONE is with the passion of the individuals to engage and interact with one another within the tribe. This interaction is without judgment, without prejudice, and without criticism. It is disce
ing what is needed to bring a creation of unity and oneness to the ONE.
