Using Leftovers for Another Meal

Ever wonder what to do with left-over rice? I have the perfect solution, and your family will love it. If you like a Coney Island hot dog, you will love it too. Here is the recipe, enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

3 Cup cooked rice

1 Package wieners cut into 1" pieces

1 (15 oz) Can chili-no beans

1/4 Cup chopped onions

1 Cup shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine rice, franks, chili & onions.

3. Put into a 2-quart casserole, sprinkle cheese over top.

4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted & bubbly.

Now how easy is that. I sometimes add a little spice to this dish by adding some finely chopped Jalapeno peppers to it.
