The stomach is naturally a hallow organ possessing several digestive glands to produce stomach acid and enzyme that digest protein. It is fixed between esophagus and small intestine. Deterministically, it, as an internal part of the body, has mainly three tasks to do among them, the first is that it preserves the swallowed food, second it helps mix blood with stomach acid and finally it sends mixture to the small intestine. Above all, stomach also protects the lower intestine from the harmful organism. There are many components that harm the stomach and bring stomach disorder to be suffered. For instance, take the example of coffee, according to the European scientists, coffee contains several components that may cause people to suffer stomachaches and heartburn. A person can painfully suffer from many stomach disorders such as gastritis, indigestion, constipation, peptic ulcers etc.

In the terms of constipation, the bowel movement is reported fewer than three times per week. The symptoms of constipation are that our stool will be usually hard, dry and small in size. It is supposed to be the most common gastrointestinal complaints. Sometimes to some people the constipation causes pain to have bowl movement. It depends on the person to person for the length of time between the bowl movements ranges. You might have experienced bowl movements three times in a day while others might have only one or two times in a week.

Constipation is usually the cause of the disorder in the functions of the bowl movements rather than the structural problem. It is a symptom rather than a disease. It is the chronic problems that can affect the life style of a person and is significant for the health care cost. It is considered chronic if happened twelve weeks during a period of one year. The question by the way is if what causes the case of constipation.

Normally, as the experience revels that the diet includes heavy amount of fiber is considered as a less possibility of constipation. The foods like eggs, meat, and cheese are low in fiber so are high in fats. Also keep in mind that physically active people have less chances of suffering from constipation than unlikely the inactive ones. As the health experts mentions ‘a person lying and sitting ideally on the bed for a long time is likely to invite constipation. It is also recommended that some other activities are characteristically the cause of constipation like swallowing lots of medicines; some people are badly affected by constipation when they consume milk; aging is also the cause of constipation; pregnancy results hormonal changes that brings constipation to the woman; the people suffering from ISB (irritable bowel syndrome) are reported frequently to be the patients of constipation; when we change our routine our digestive system also changes leaving the case of constipation; drinking less water is more chances of being constipated; the disease slows down the movement of the feces invites constipation; meals, if, are eaten at different times causes more chances of constipation.
