In all the spiritual texts it’s written that there are many things that will come and go in this life time… and all of them will pass. But if we concentrate on fear, if we buy into the process of fear we too become fearful, and thus we lose our ete
al peace and our connection to the divine.

Jesus said - Do not fear for I am with you.

Buddha said - If we learn to control our mind all healthy and unhealthy fear is eradicated.

Krishna said - One whose mind is undisturbed by distress, without desires for attachment, fear and anger, that sage is known as steadfast in consciousness.

Sai Baba said - Play the game and be happy.

Osho said - Anything that makes you afraid, fearful, is a clear indication of what you have to do. You have to do just the opposite. You are not to become a follower of fear, you have to fight your fear. The moment you decide to fight your fear, you are on the way towards enlightenment.

Native American Chief Tecumsch - Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart.

Pramahansa Yogananda said - When consciousness is kept on God, you will have no fears; every obstacle will then be overcome by courage and faith.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the fear of this reality. But as the spiritual texts point out this is but a dream. A dream that when we are ready we will awaken from… and thus find ete
al bliss. See the good in all things, and know that down the line good things will come from this process. Be not fearful for your body because for the body is just a temple for that which is real… our soul… our consciousness which goes on forever.

Right now we have lots of people who have fear, and that fear sooner or later becomes depression. So in order to have peace it’s vital to have a spiritual connection to a power greater than ourselves, for this life is always full of the perceptions that create fear. Move forward despite the fear, don’t allow that fear to overcome, put one foot in front of the other and march forth knowing that sooner or later all fears dissipate.

Learn to control your mind, fear is a mind game. Even when we think for the most part that we are immersed in peace there are those things that can create fear. Embrace that fear, know it, understand it, and know that all fear comes from a thought, and that all thoughts can be let go of.

Of course there is also healthy fear that keeps a person alive, those types of situations only come around 3 or 4 times in a life time, and they don’t last very long at all. It’s the on going mind fear that we have to let go of and know without a doubt that we are not alone.

Pray, Meditate, Contemplate, Talk to God and Live a Simple Life…

and Know that All Will Be Well.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
