I would like to talk awhile about ghosts if I may, a concept more people believe in then we are led to believe. I thought that I would come from an unusual angle and talk about the ghosts that haunt you in your sleep. Quite a subtle haunting though for you might not even know its happening. You could be seeing them all the time without recognising them so the first thing on the agenda I guess is to help you recognise them. Now our physical reality alters in their presence (we imagine it to get colder), our mental reality does the same in our sleep (we get more conscious). Normal dreams seem to be in instinctive mode (you drift along with no mental control) whilst ghost dreams intellectual (you can think and rationalise).I suppose at this time I had better give you an example to give you a deeper understanding for I've found experience to be a good teacher. You see someone in your sleep and you are aware at the time that they are physically dead. These dreams are more common than you think and I am willing to wager that most of you have actually had them. Generally it happens not long after the death of a loved one and there is a good reason for it, to help you come to terms with your grief. (You are conscious of the fact that they are dead so the next logical step is that they must live on)
These are special circumstances but there are other cases when they actually come with messages. I know a person who saw a departed friend of her father's who wanted her to tell his daughter to lose weight as she was pregnant. The person did not know at the time that his daughter was pregnant (neither did the daughter) as they weren't that close. These two examples stand out because the person is known to be dead but how many times have you met people and didn't. So the next time you are dreaming and it gets colder in the mental sense have some respect, you never know what you are actually talking to.
Incidentally on the subject of death they say that no one knows for sure as no one has lived to tell the tale. That's not strictly true as there are numerous books(one of which 'You can not die' by Ian Currie I would recommend as it give a lot better case tha
I could in the limited space of this article) that deal with the subject of people coming back to tell the tale.
Another method, one more personal, would be past life regression where (under hypnosis) you are taken back to a past life. They will even record it for you if you like which I bet would make for interesting listening. Have a list of prepared questions with checkable facts (date and place of birth, marraige and children etc) and then chase up the details yourself. Think of it as your personal family tree.
