These two dietary supplements assist the individual in building of lean muscle. With the increase in muscle, it is believed there is an increase in the strength as well as the stamina of the individual, and therefore creating the edge needed. It should be noted that the use of HGH has been banned by some athletic federation bodies.

This hormone is also a very important regulator of the metabolism of the body. HGH is a protein, a polypeptide to be more specific that consists of 191 amino acids.

Significance of HGH
This hormone has been in wide use by adults as well as children. In adults, it is used in the cases that there is deficient production of this hormone in the body. Also it has been in application by a number of athletes who claim that the hormone is for recovery from some of the injuries they have suffered, but most people believe it is just a way of boosting performance for the athletes

HGH vs. Creatiner
While both are very powerful boosters of performance, the only difference between the two is the legality of use. For HGH, it’s banned in almost all sports while as for creatine, it’s not. Creatine can be purchased over the counter but as for HGH, it has to be obtained through a prescription.
