Do you live a calm,centered and balanced life? Do you feel full of energy when you wake up in the morning or do you need that cup of coffee before you get started? Do you go to sleep at nite and have a great restful sleep for 6-8 hours? Do you feel stressed? Anxious? Depressed? Or do you feel happy, balanced, peaceful and energetic? How would you love to wake up every morning and begin your day full of energy? WELL YOU CAN! You can begin by taking a look at your daily habits. Are you intentional about what you are causing? Are you focused on worrying and all the things that are wrong or do you focus on what you want to create? Many live at the “effect” of their life instead of being “as cause”. What I mean by that is to spend your life being at effect of something or someone who has become the excuse for not having what you want…it goes like this..”he/she did that to me” I don’t have this because………when you have these thoughts or live with these “excuses” you are living at the effect and giving your power away. It’s really so much more empowering to take responsibility for everything in your life. What are you thinking, being, doing? These thought set the stage for what you are creating in your life. Your life doesn’t just happen by accident. But begin to live your life on purpose! Become intentional! This is the first step in taking charge of your life and becoming empowered. So many people begin the new year with a list of resolutions they want to have in their life. Instead of a huge list, how about writing down one (1) thing on your list, the one thing that if you had it would really make a difference for you. what happens when you make a list is that your attention goes in too many directions and this dilutes your focus. It’s better to take one thing and focus on that and then move onto the next. If you want better health, try writing down some goals around your health but positive ones that are realistic for you (i.e, exercising 3-5 times a week for 30 mins a day), making healthy food choices instead of going on a diet. Starting a diet begins a negative thought and has you focusing on food instead of eating healthy and doesn’t create the self-sabbatage that the mentality diet create garbage in, garbage out…..so get rid of those “blue pills and take charge of your life…be at cause for what you are creating. Restore perfect health no matter what age you are. When you love yourself totally and unconditionally you will feel younger and fantastic.!
