You need to get out of your comfort zone by creating some more problems for yourself. Sound crazy? Try this exercise. Get out your business plan. A little scared? Read on...
I've just caused you to get out of your comfort zone. Additionally, I have just created a whole new set of problems for you to address. While 10% growth may be within your reach, 100% is a completely different ball game! So, you may be thinking, "Well, that's great, but now what do I do?". Here are your next steps:

1. Figure Out How to Make it Happen

Now that you are out of your comfort zone, you need a plan to make this reality. If your fear is coming into play, now is a great time to address it. Figure out what you are afraid of, and address it in your plan.

2. Break Down Your Plan into Chucks

Now that you have your plan, break it down into weekly action items. Set up your schedule to support these actions, and get the rest of your team onboard as well.

3. Find an Accountability Partner

Show someone else your plan, and ask them to hold you accountable to your weekly actions. By doing this, you are much more likely to follow through.

4. Create Leverage - Hire a Coach

Working with a coach will provide you with the leverage you need to obtain your new goal. You will also get the tools, support structure, and accountability you need to create the results you are now committed to!

Getting out of your comfort zone and creating new problems for yourself is not easy but is the key to achieving outstanding results. Isn't it time to challenge yourself and reach your true potential?
