If you want Chi or Qi Energy flowing within your being… if you want Spiritual Energy flowing at all times… then it’s important to not impede its movement through the body.

Flow Effect

All Qi or Chi energy flows from the feet up our spine to the top of our head and around our body on all sides. Then down into the bottoms of our feet and back up the spine again… this cycle is continuous. That powerful energy is impeded when we cross our legs and arms.

For Better Health

If you want to be healthier, if you want more vitality energy then it’s important not to impede the flow of vital energy within the body by crossing your arms and legs. You never see Qigong Masters or Tai Chi Masters crossing their legs and arms. They want to make sure that their vital energy is always flowing.

For Good Mood

Whenever we cross our legs or arms we stop the flow of energy to our crown chakra which is vitally important for uplifting and creating a positive good mood.

John of God

Even when we went to see John of God in Brazil they also told us never to cross our arms or legs. And if you sit in the audience waiting to see John of God and you are listening to what people are saying… and you had your legs or arms crossed… they would come by and ask you to uncross your arms and legs. Even from a spiritual perspective, it’s vital that we not impede the flow of vital energy through the body.

Change the Habit of Crossing Arms and Legs

If you happen to cross your arms or legs out of habit, catch yourself and uncross them and start a new habit allowing the free flow of energy through the body. It takes a bit of time to break this habit, but when you do, you feel better, and some people see positive changes take place.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
