Government aims at the welfare of its citizens. It ensures that they are provided with the best facilities to its citizens. It has introduced various mediums which make our lives much easier. Two growing sectors of our country; education industry and banking sector require the best team of professionals. They have grown immensely in the recent few years and aim to achieve more. IBPS is a medium which selects individuals for the banking sector while CBSE recruits the most suitable candidates for the post of teaching. Both these autonomous organizations have achieved many rewards for their high quality work in their respective fields. However, there is a new addition to their achievements. Both of them aim to conduct exams in the year 2011 for their respective fields. IBPS will conduct CWE (common written exams) for the recruitment of bank po in public sector banks, while CBSE will conduct the CTET (central teaching eligibility test) in 2011.rnCentral Teaching Eligibility Test: The government is working hard towards spreading education through the country. Even the remotest of areas in India now have a school. However, with the new opening of schools throughout the country, there is a severe shortage of teachers. The government aims to recruit capable and highly skilled teachers for this job. It is a hectic task to recruit teachers on such a large scale; however the government is not willing to compromise on the quality of recruitment. The government aims to recruit highly trained teachers who have the potential and the skill to teach students of primary and upper primary level. This task is handed over to the CBSE. It will conduct CTET exams in India, in 2011. These exams will be conducted to recruit teachers for various posts in government schoolsrn The sample question papers are provided by the board to get an idea of the question paper patter.rnCommon written test: IBPS is one of the largest recruiters of India. It recruits individuals for banks posts on a large scale. It has a well-connected network throughout the country which conducts exams for various posts in different states of India. It also conducts training sessions for its clients, which help them to realize their potential and areas of weaknesses and strengths. Its recent effort is to conduct CWE exams in 2011. These exams will be a common platform to recruit suitable candidates for the post of bank for public sector banks.rnCTET AND CWE are major efforts by the CBSE and IPBS and aim to change the usual method of recruitment.
