Cycling is a very good sport for the health, this is what we have heard from our childhood, but according to the latest study Cycling can damage your sexuality permanently. Cycling can maintain your health and make you healthier, but by damaging your sexuality. Cycling is found to reduce the risk of cardiovascular ailments, but it may induce the risk factor of suffering with erectile dysfunction or perineal-genital paresthesia. Cycling is the age-old sport practiced throughout the world. Cycling truly one of its kind of sport that improves the health of the individual considerably, but according to the latest research it damages the sexual health of an individual considerably. According to the latest study, man who cycles continuously for more than 3 hours on habitual basis is found to adhere to the problems like erectile dysfunction in his life.
Cycling is an Olympic Sport famous for its trills and passion. Cycling is an activity that many men and women do on daily basis to reach their offices or colleges. It would be really a heart breaking news to all the male cyclists if it is proved that cycling is making them impotent. To study the effect of Cycling a study was conducted in which 200 men cycling daily participated. Erectile dysfunction was noted among only those men who did vigorous cycling i.e. more than 3 to 4 hours daily. Thus, it is good news for all the cyclists that an hour of cycling daily will not harm their sexual health. But, it is always better to take the precautions, so do the cycling but only for 20 to 30 minutes for the best possible results.

During the study it was noted that majority of the professional cyclist suffer with the erectile dysfunction and are unsatisfied with their sexual life.
