DAC e.V. - a cooperative group of medium-sized law firms

DAC e.V. is a cooperative group of medium-sized law firms competent predominantly in employment and commercial law and operates with a wide variety of experts in different fields in Germany and 20 other countries: a notarial staff, auditors, CPAs, tax consultants, financers and other legal associations or advocacy groups. Its aim is to accommodate clients’ demands all over Germany incl. legal representation before any of the 116 district courts of the federal republic. As a general rule the organization has one member in each of the district court areas of Germany and at least one german speaking legal expert in each of the foreign DAC members. Deutsche AnwaltsCooperation (DAC) e. V. is represented by member lawyers in many EU member states as well as in Asia and North America thus overcoming the difficulty of offering successful legal services concerning the different legal systems and procedures abroad. This network allows competent solutions to clients’ problems in cross-border issues by involving the relevant DAC expert or contacting a foreign DAC member. This way the client avoids the inconvenient and sometimes impossible task of searching for qualified experts abroad, while achieving the aimed results in time. DAC has also introduced for this purpose a hotline allowing clients to contact the group and to be quickly consulted by the relevant lawyer. Neli Tascheva is a representative of the foreign DAC members with her firm, Tascheva and Partner, assisting many German and international companies and clients in Bulgaria.
