As you can probably see by reading the horoscopes for each sign today, there is a distinct shift in energy between the daytime hours and the evening hours. Part of this energy polarity is due to the moon transiting through the relationship minded, strategy minded, critical thinking air sign of Libra. Those Libra scales can tip back and forth between thoughts of you/me, good/bad, right/wrong. Both the moon in Libra, and Satu
in Libra, form aspects today to Jupiter in Taurus (material growth, abundance), Venus in Pisces ( romantic, healing or sacrificial love), Neptune in Aquarius (idealism), and Uranus in Aries (new beginnings) that are active, supportive and encourage harmony in relationship and personal growth. Tonight, however, the moon in Libra moves into a difficult square aspect with Pluto conjunct Mercury in the cardinal earth sign of Capricorn. Communication, transportation (as ruled by Mercury) and relationship (as ruled by Libra) may be challenging. Both Libra and Mercury are cardinal signs, which like to be boss, give the orders and direct things. Pluto intensifies the energy of any planet it aspects and also can make a challenging aspect seem more so. The volatile energy of Pluto makes the disharmony between the air of Libra and the earth of Caprico
more likely to manifest through the areas of transportation, thought, or communication, which Mercury rules. If it is possible, stay home this evening, stay out of the air or off the roads, and refuse to be pressured by other people. Avoid confrontation and drama, but be true to yourself. Be polite if you do get pulled into any kind of challenging situation. Some of us who rode the wave of creativity early in the day may find that the flow stops tonight, blocks to completion occur. Mental brainstorms may have washed away camouflage or makeshift solutions to reveal imperfections or problems we've been denying. If that is the case, then this short lived challenging square aspect can be beneficial. No first dates tonight! You are likely to be hypercritical of each other or see the imperfections rather than the potential. But if you're too easy going or tend to overlook glaring warning signs on first dates, maybe this would be a good night for you to consider a prospective partner!
