They generally fill in the wrong orders, give the wrong delivery address by mistake or due to sheer carelessness and realize their folly only after their order is placed. This becomes a problem then as the system will consider your order once it’s filled and submitted. After submission if you make changes, it will not be applicable. Before filing reports that claim fraud and blame the company of something so serious, they should actually look at their mistake and not repeat the same in future before passing blind statements.

Those reporting deals and you fraud say that they do not receive their order in the stipulated time period and the store doesn’t send the products on time. But one cannot blame the store for this because they ensure that the shipment of the products takes place well in advance. If however, the courier service is delayed, the store cannot do much about it. Those lodging a complaint can at the most ask the courier company to deliver on time henceforth.
