Delhi is the Capital of India and it had always been the Capital during earlier historical periods, including Mughal kingdoms, leaving a number of monuments bearing historical importance, besides its closeness to important places figuring in Indian mythology, inviting the traveler for a Delhi tour.

• Red Fort is an important location of Delhi tourism, constructed with red stone walls, referred as Lal Quila, built in the year 1638, possessing with it Chatta Bazaar selling lots of curios and souvenirs to collect during Delhi tour, also providing expansive space for important cultural shows and presentations, besides a regular light and sound show every evening for visitors to enjoy the facts of Indian history.
• Purana Quila, is a Fort constructed in a two kilometer rectangular space, supposedly in the very same spot where one of the ancient cities of Delhi, Indraprastha existed, and having three unique gateways.
• Safdarjang Tomb, an enclosed garden tomb similar to Humayun’s tomb, although not that magnificent and popular , built in 1753-54 as mausoleum of Safdarjung, the Viceroy of Awadh under the Mughal Emperor Mohamed Shah, having three pavilions named Jangli Mahal, Moti Mahal and Badshah Pasand, the complex maintaining a school and library too.
