Bangalore is one of the most profitable real estate markets in the country. The city is considered to be the information technology capital of India. Many other industries have also mushroomed here. It has all the right things going on for it. It has a fair mix of affordable and luxury properties from which buyers can choose from. There are plenty of employment opportunities available here thanks to the presence of many industries. The IT industry has well and truly changed the face of the city. The companies which belong to this sector came to this city in the 1990s and the rest as they say is history. Even before these world class companies came to this city, Bangalore has found favour with the electronics industry and also the scientific community. Even before India gained its independence, the scientific community had found a place through the efforts of Jamshedji Tata. Till this date many of India’s premiere scientific institutions are found here. In fact some might argue that this laid the foundation for the IT boom to come. But all is not well with this city. The floods which happened in the city towards the end of July 2016 point towards this. The city was brought to standstill. The floods eerily resembled the floods which has happened during December 2015 in Chennai. Normal folk had to be recused through boats. The traffic situation in this city is nothing to write home about on a good day. But after the floods it became even worse. Some lay the blame on the indiscriminate way in which the city was developed for such a situation. Many of the main junctions in the city including the NICE Road junction below the Electronic City flyover was flooded. In such cases the state government needs to step up and take measures to protect its citizenry. Many allege that those in positions of power are colluding with some bad elements in the real estate sector of the city. Hence they are unable to stop the indiscriminate construction of builders which has lead Bangalore city down a really bad path. Despite all its problems Bangalore remains the tech capital of India. It is without a doubt one of the most happening realty destinations in the country. Pockets with the presence of employment generators tend to do well with buyers. One such area is Whitefield. Previously known to be a settlement for the Eurasian population, this micro market has left quite days behind. Today it is a busy residential and commercial real estate hub. There are many properties that buyers can pick from here. Whitestone Milano is one of them. Whitestone Milano by Whitestone Projects has all the amenities that one would expect from a property in this city. Whitestone Milano is an under construction property. Apartments in Whitestone Milano by Whitestone Projects can be picked up for anywhere between INR 35 to 52.5 lakhs. It offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments for sale.
