It took me about 4 months to lose 30 lbs. with the Diet Solution Program. I was surprised not only by the weight loss, but also by how much healthier I felt. I had a drastic increase in energy and I no longer have spend a lot of time at the gym. I have been able to keep the weight off for about 6 months. It was an easy to follow plan that did not leave me starving. I was surprised to see how many foods that I thought were healthy that really were not and vice versa.
The Diet Solution Program is a comprehensive program that assures fat loss along with maintaining good health and strength. It includes a nutrition manual that teaches the users about the principles to be followed in order to reach their ideal weight and offers them the recommended meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes to do so. There is also a list of foods and activities to avoid in order to maximize weight loss results.

The number one benefit of the Diet Solution Program is that it does not instruct users to follow any unnecessary eating regimens. Instead, it instructs them about how to relish their food and still manage to burn substantial calories. You body will feel better after two days on the program since the toxins in your body will be cleaned out. Other benefits of this weight loss program include increased levels of energy, overall health, significant decline in blood sugar levels, lowered cholesterol, and clearer skin conditions. I originally just purchased the product to lose weight, but until I lost the weight, I did not realize what was being done to my overall health because of my weight.

De Los Rios says that her plan gives dieters a way to change eating habits for life, develop a long term eating strategy and not just modify the diet temporarily.

The Diet Solution is based on the principle of metabolic typing which categorizes dieters into three groups, each which has its own distinct dietary guidelines. In order to determine metabolic type dieters undertake a series of questions. Dieters are then categorized as a protein, carb or mixed type. Each type requires ideal amounts and varieties of healthy proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Detailed meal plans are provided for each type.

De Los Rios recommends an exercise program that includes components of strength
and cardiovascular exercise including interval training. The download package includes 3 exercise E-Books which include clear instructions and photographs of the exercises.

This diet plan is highly nutritious and is based on the most recent scientific knowledge in relation to weight loss and nutrition. The program is geared towards long term success that will not only allow dieters to achieve their ideal weight but also increase knowledge about nutrition and their health in the process. I would recommend it to anyone. This program may be a little more difficult for vegetarians because I do not feel the program was really designed with vegetarians in mind.
