There are only two kind of diabetes, such as: type 1 and type 2. Both kinds of diabetes are extremely injurious to health because it upsets control of blood sugar, or glucose. Glucose is like a fuel for our body cells, but for entering our body cells it needs insulin. The biggest issue with people suffering with type 1 diabetes is that they do not produce insulin.rnPeople suffering with type 2 diabetes have same issues because there is a lack of insulin in their cells as well. rnBoth kind of diabetes are extremely dangerous and chronic because it raises blood sugar level high.

Main Symptoms of Diabetes:

If you will not take any precautionary steps then both type of diabetes will increase. Both have same symptoms including: . Frequent urinationrn. Feeling very thirsty and drinking a lot of waterrn. Feeling very hungryrn. Feeling very tired and fatigued . Blurry visionrn. Cuts or sores that don’t heal properly People suffering with type 1 diabetes will suffer from anxiety as well, and will also lose lots of weight all in a sudden. On the other hand, people suffering from type 2 diabetes will have a feeling of tingling on their feets and fingers. That is so obvious that there are a lot of symptoms that are similar of both kinds. There are so many people suffering with type 2 diabetes where symptoms will not occur even after so many years of having it. Type 2 symptoms develops over a period of time and very slowly. Some people who are suffering from type 2 diabetes will not discover their symptoms until it will become extremely severe. The symptoms of type 1 diabetes develops extremely faster as compared with diabetes 2 , sometimes within a course of few weeks. Type 1 diabetes, usually develops in a very young age, but it can be developed in adulthood as well.

Causes behind Diabetes?

Type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, are two different types of diseases somehow, but causes are same to an extent.

Causes behind Type 1 Diabetes:

The body’s immune system works to control immune system, like fighting against harmful diseases and bacteria’s as well. People with type 1 diabetes, the immune system strength got weak and starts fighting against glucose producing cells which causes a big issue. Researchers are still confused that why it fights against body immune cells. Even in today’s era, the research is going on that what are the factors involved in it.

Causes behind Type 2 diabetes:

People with type 2 diabetes do not have any much issues related with insulin. Their body still manages to produce insulin, but it is somehow not able to use it appropriately. Researchers aren’t even sure that why it is happening, but somehow it is said that it is because of lethargic lifestyle, and obese body structure. Genetics issues and other factors are also part of it. When any one will develop type 2 diabetes, their pancreas will produce more insulin.

Is Diabetes Common:

Type 2 diabetes is much more common in developed and under developed countries. It happens to overweight people who consume lots of unhealthy food. There were millions of people suffering from it in United Kingdom and United States back in 2009,and the reason behind is their excessive weight. Percentage will increase with weight gain, and age as well. Less than 10 percent of the general population has diabetes, but it is extremely common in people with above age of 60. Men and women all around the world have higher number, but it depends on their genes and races as well. Black African Americans mostly suffered from it as compared with Native Americans.

Main risk factors for type 1 and type 2 diabetes:

Some of the main risk for type 1 diabetes includes:rnGenes: People with their parents having it will eventually diagnose with it. Age: Type 1 can occur at any age, but it will mostly attack in young age and adulthood. rnGeographical Location: Risk of having diabetes will increase if your country is situated far away from the equator.rnType 1 diabetes can’t be eradicated.

You can make it possible to lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes through some active lifestyle changes:

. By maintaining a healthy weight. . If you’re overweight, work with your doctor to develop a healthy weight-loss plan. . Increasing physical activities, and indulging more in exercises. . Eating a balanced diet, and avoiding greasy fast food, high in sugar and carbohydrates.
