Take some boiled potatoes, chopped onions, beans and a mixture of your preferred vegetables. Heat a pan with a little bit of oil and sauté the vegetables with some garlic, salt and pepper. Add the vegetable stock along with the sprouts to the cooked vegetables and allow it to simmer. Add a bit of a corn flour and water paste to thicken it up and allow it to simmer for a bit longer. After all the flavors have been incorporated, take the soup off the heat and enjoy! Roasted Sprouts: Roasted sprouts are one of the fastest and tastiest ways to consume sprouts every day. All it takes is some olive oil and salt, and if desired some chili powder. Take the olive oil, salt and chili powder and incorporate it with the sprout. Make sure they are all evenly coated and roast them in a 400- degree Fahrenheit oven. Allow them to cook for 15-20 minutes then remove from the oven and enjoy. There are various healthy and delicious ways in which sprouts can be incorporated into your diet as a healthy snack or as part of your meal. They can be a great substitute for your breakfast or be eaten as a side for lunch or dinner.
