The two most important and more used marketing strategies for search engine are SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay Per Click). The question is which technique has to be used to increase the visibility of a website?

Is PPC or SEO more effective? There are compelling points for and against each that we are going to explain below.
These two methods are totally different from each other; the choice will depend on the objectives sought by the website in the short and long term. But the difficulty of the choice lies in the fact that the two methods are very useful for a website. Both SEO and PPC are essential to online marketing visibility, and they complement each other. Each has its place. The difference will be mostly a matter of time.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) provides a better positioning of a website using proven optimization techniques, including the search for keywords related to the theme of the site, writing articles related to the chosen keywords, the search of incoming links... With this method, a website appears in the first page of search engine results, if the optimization is a success. But those results are never immediate; it takes several months to obtain.
On the other hand, Pay Per Click (PPC) is an internet advertising program used on search engines, for which advertisers are paid on a click done by users. With the ability to see in less than five minutes a website displayed on the first page of search engine results. While a PPC campaign can deliver traffic with relative ease, it can be very costly and has no real longevity.
The important factor to take into consideration is the time: SEO require a lot more creative effort tha

PPC is an ideal solution for launching a site until the relay of SEO. In addition to SEO, it is also helpful when a website need a selective traffic on specific keywords not used by SEO. PPC is amazing for short term goals, but SEO and is ideal for long term online marketing efforts.
So as described above, there are several variables to consider when allocating an online marketing budget for either PPC or SEO. If you can’t do both, take into consideration the list of pros and cons of each to help deciding which tactic best suits the needs of the website.
