SALAD BASKET RECIPE rnIngredients: • 1 big potato (boiled) • 1 big sweet potato (boiled) • 1 cucumber (peeled) • 1 Tomato • 1 cup sprouted moong dalrn• 1/2 cup pomegranate • 1 green chilli (finely chopped) • 3 tsp green coriander leaves (chopped) • salt (namak) to tastern• 1 1/2 tsp chaat masalarn• 2tsp lime juice rnMethod to cook salad basket: 1. Cut potato, sweet potato, cucumber and tomato into thick pieces.rn2. Scoop them from inside.rn3. In a bowl put sprouts, pomegranate, green chilli and inner part of porato, sweet potato, cucumber and tomato.rn4. Add salt, chaat masala and lime juice.rn5. Mix wellrn6. Put the mixture in hollows of vegetables.rn7. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve. rnTandoori Paneer Pakora Recipe Ingredients: • 250 gm cottage cheese (paneer) • 2 green chilly (hari mirch) • 2 onion (pyaj) • 1/4 cup curd (dahi) • 2 cup gram flour (besan) • a pinch baking powderrn• 1/2 tsp red chilly powder (lal mirch) • 1 tsp salt (namak) • a pinch orange colourrn• oil for frying rnMethod to cook Tandoori Paneer Pakora: 1. Cut paneer, hari mirch and pyaj into small long pieces.rn2. Mix dahi, namak, lal mirch, baking powder and orange colour in besan and make a thick batter using water.rn3. Heat oil in a pan.rn4. Dip a piece of paneer, hari mirch and onion in the batter and deep fry in oil.rn5. Sprinkle some tandoori masala on all pakoras and serve them hot.
