Disadvantages of not using a VoIP recorder
Take another example from a travel company. A tour and travel company receives a call from one of its clients who asks the company’s executive to book his tickets and he gives details of the date of journey. The executive takes the order on phone call and assures the client that his tickets will be booked. The executive puts down the phone and orders his junior to book the tickets. The junior obeys the order and books the tickets. The client comes to the travel company’s office to collect his tickets and he says that tickets are booked on another’s name. The executive recalls the conversation but it is of no use. The client refuses to make the payment. A VoIP recorder can save a travel company from such embarrassing situation.
Doctors can also take advantage of VoIP recorder. A majority of patients take advice from their physicians on phone calls. Sometimes doctors need to visit a patient in emergency. A physician receives a call from his patient who needs immediate medical attention. The doctor notes address in a hurry and rushes his ambulance to take the patient. The ambulance staff finds the patient after a long time as the address provided by the doctor was incorrect. Had the doctor been using a call recorder, he would have noted proper address after listening to the recorded call again.
Companies working in US and Canada need to use VoIP recorder because it is mandatory for every company whether big or small to record every call it receives from its customers. The government wants to know what is going on in the country after braving terrorist attacks. If you are running a company and not using a call recording device then you are losing business and also breaking the law.
