Have you been feeling like something really big is about to happen? I know I have. Some days I find I am excited about huge changes happening knowing that in the aftermath of ‘the big thing’ we will begin to create a new world. One that begins from unity consciousness rather than what’s in it for me thinking. From past conditioning it seems for us to join in unity and help one another it meant some disaster happened. I guess that is what makes me feel a little scared and overwhelmed at times. Because the change seems imminent – do we need to go through a disaster to come together in unity? OR have countries like Tunisia and Egypt shown us we can come together in peace and with a vision for a better world begin to create the change. We in the western hemisphere have believed we were ‘Free’. How many are feeling ‘Free’ with the collapse of the financial system? Losing our homes? Feeling the pressure of surviving as money dwindles and prices rise? How free are we really when we are struggling? When we live unfulfilled lives? When we work at jobs we dislike in order to ‘live’? Have we really been living? Or have we been ‘just surviving’ and what we are now feeling – the imminent disaster – is really a rising from the ashes we have burned in? Are, we the people, ready to let go of the programming of survival and separation? Are we ready to create and to move into a world where we are all one – “Unity Consciousness”? Where we look after each other and not just look out for ourselves. What is coming is a change in consciousness – this change requires we let go of the old poison – the old way we were trained to be. To rise up and unite – to each offer our unique gift. To let go of our stories of victim hood – they were only programs instilled in our minds to keep us down. I believe what we are feeling is an internal volcano – we are erupting inside – those suppressed emotions, those hidden shames, the deepest darkest pains are erupting… Whatever we have suppressed as a result of conditioning and programming that was not in alignment to being our true self. March is an important month. A turning point – we can surrender and let go of what erupts within us knowing we are becoming healthier. Or we can keep trying to suppress and control the eruptions…which will take a great deal of energy – it will overwhelm us. Science has shown us emotions only lasts 90 seconds if we allow them to rise and fall and not engage in them. Therefore we can move through our inner eruptions quickly – we do not need to engage our minds in our stories of victimhood. We can observe what thoughts arise with each emotion but not become attached to them. We can just watch them float in and out of our mind like clouds in the sky. Know you are not alone in what you are going through. We are all in it together and are going through the cleansing at some level. Take responsibility for yourself – you are not a victim – do your inner work. If you feel as though you are lost in an abyss – you can’t find your way out – your emotional eruptions are consuming you… reach out for help. You do not have to go through this alone. May we all come out smiling when the storm has passed. I honor you for taking this journey – it is one that takes great strength and yet great gentleness. Love Yourself!
