It seemed like no matter what I tried I couldn't gain weight. Luckily over time I was finally able add weight and get the body I always wanted. I'd like to share with you some tips to help you out.
Tip #1-
The first tip is that you've got to plan out a few things before you get started with your journey. You're going to go through a small lifestyle change and if you don't plan out how you're going to do it things will be difficult for you. The first thing you have to do is decide exactly what you're going to have to do to hit your goal. I can help you and tell you right now that you're going to have to start eating more. Do you have the money to buy more food? Do you have the time to eat more? Do you have the equipment at home or access to a gym where you can work out? These are all things you need to do to get going.
Tip #2-
Now that you have an idea about what you need to do I want to talk about eating to gain weight. Most people think that they eat a lot but they still can't add any extra weight. I know because I hear it every day and I remember complaining about it too. I'd like to share with you a secret little formula that will show you just how much you have to eat to actually start adding weight. You need to find out what you currently weigh and multiply it by 20. The number you get will be the amount of calories that you need to eat each day. To make it simple if you weigh 100 pounds you need 2,000 calories to add weight to your body.

The next tip is to make sure that you're lifting weights and doing as little cardio as possible. The reaso
I say you shouldn't do a lot of cardio is because that's what people who are trying to lose weight do. You're probably an active person and that makes it hard to pack on the pounds. You need to decide what is most important to you because you can't have it both ways. What I mean by that is that you can't jog 3 miles per day and expect to gain. I know it stinks but that is the way it is. You also have to make sure that you're lifting weights or all of the food you're eating will turn to fat and not that sexy muscle tone that you want.

The last tip is to make sure you right down everything you're doing so you can keep track of your progress. When I was first going through my body transformatio
I took pictures of myself at least once per week. Then I would write on the back of the pictures the dates so I could see just how much progress I was making. Then I would get on the scale and weigh myself at least once per week to so I could see how much weight I gained. Also make sure you write down how much food you're eating. Don't forget to follow the formula above.
