The overall height of a person is determined by genetic and environmental factors. Not all factors that determine the height of person can be controlled or manipulated by you, doctors, or manufacturers of growth supplements. In other words, there are no guaranteed ways to grow taller, except painful and expensive medical surgeries! There are, however, many different methods that can provide satisfactory results if you’re willing to work hard and make some changes in your current lifestyle:

Strengthen your immune system: Many people experience stunted growth simply due to weak immune systems. This problem is more common among people who didn’t get proper immunizations in their childhood. The best way to strengthen the immune system is to consume sufficient Vitamin C and stay away from all unhealthy foods. You can either take this vitamin directly in the form of a tablet or start eating citrus fruits on a regular basis.

Practice the right posture – Not many people are aware of the fact that a good posture can actually make them look taller even if they aren’t! You can either hunch over or roll over your shoulders to fix the spinal curvature. In the office or at home, sit straight on a chair and keep your back straight when walking. Stretching exercises can help a lot in this case.

Take enough rest – Many research reports indicate that human beings need at least 8 hours of sleep every day to stimulate maximum tissue growth. Tissue regeneration takes place mostly during the night when you’re asleep. It is a good idea to take all steps necessary to make your sleep as relaxing as possible.

Eat growth supplements – It is not a bad idea to eat growth supplements with breakfast every day. These supplements are particularly useful if you’ve been experiencing restricted body growth due to hormonal imbalance or lack of sufficient nutrients. Make sure you get in touch with a trusted medical professional for guidance before you start consuming such supplements.

Change your eating habits – All ways to grow taller work on a fundamental principle that you need to make some changes in your current lifestyle. If you continue to eat the same junk food every day and expect to get results by just doing some stretching exercises, you’re in for a disappointment. It is important that you start consuming nutritious food and beverages every day to stimulate regular tissue growth on a daily basis.
