In Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, the practice of hypnosis is used to reach full inner peace. 3. Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta Meditation)

4. Guided Meditation

5. Transcendental Meditation

Transcendental Meditation uses mantras to put the mind at ease. A mantra is hummed or repeated out loud for a series of minutes. With your eyes closed and in a comfortable stance, you find inner peace. Licensed instructors teach you how to achieve this state using the mantra.
