Amino acids and proteins - The right amount of protein is required for anyone to reach their full growth potential. Every protein you eat has various amino acids. The best sources to get proteins are in fish, turkey, lentils, soybeans, oats, milk, and peanuts.

Calcium - The best sources to get calcium from is dairy products, or its alte
ative if your lactose. You will find a good source in milk, cheese, yogurt, sardines, spinach, and fortified orange juice.

The next thing you should have in your program is of course exercise. By doing the proper stretching exercises it's possible to increase your height as much as 2 to 4 inches. One good and simple stretching exercise is hanging on a bar. This exercise stretches the spine as far as possible which will result in extra inches!

Another important thing you need to implement into your program is proper sleep. Getting the proper rest is a requirement for anyone who desires to increase their height. As you exercise and eat properly your body will need the proper amount of sleep. Without the proper rest the body cannot fully repair itself and you will not get the full benefit of your exercise and nutrition.

It is recommended that the body needs at least 8 hours of sleep each night. This is true but you must remember that you must get PROPER rest. Going to sleep at 2am and getting up at 10am is 8 hours of sleep, but this is not proper rest. Try to get to bed no later that 10pm and make an effort to get up around 6am, this is proper rest. It might be hard at first but try it and it will become easy.

So if you have a sincere desire to increase your height follow these simple tips and you will be on your way to achieving your great desire of growing taller.
